Abstract

This text presents two axes of production and dissemination of analytical-behavioral knowledge and good practices. Following the resumption of the authors’ academic experience, a description is made of the works related to the training of paraprofessionals and professionals who are being introduced to the area of interventions based on behavior analysis applied to the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergency forms. Also reported is the axis related to research on multicentric parental training aimed at teaching new skills and managing challenging behavioral patterns associated with ASD core aspects. Discussions take place of the aspects of the social impact of these activities on the training of professionals and on the daily lives of neurodivergent individuals and their family members, who end up having a better quality of life. Reflection about the unfoldings deriving from the choice of scientific basis for social impact, as a guide for the shaping and reshaping of the practices, is the key and comprehensive motto in this textual production.
